How I'm Avoiding Unnecessary Stress During the Holidays
I can feel the energy in myself, my business, and life in general ramping up right now as we enter the holiday season. There's so much going on--things that bring joy, celebration & fulfillment as well as things that bring stress and anxiety. I have been noticing the tendency to want to ramp up with the energy (there is so much to DO!) this week, but I am doing my best to intentionally slow down when I want to speed up.
Re-commit to You
I avoid unnecessary (extra) stress when I double down on my daily practices and self-care in these heightened times. So here is a gentle invitation for you to do the same. Is it a morning meditation? An afternoon walk? A bath before bed? Whatever helps you slow down and re-center, I encourage you to make it non-negotiable as we walk into these next few weeks!

And if meditating and healing in a group setting is on that list, I'm happy to announce my next virtual Group Healing will be taking place on Tuesday, December 7th at 5 pm PT! I will be feeling into the energy of the month and what we may need to best work with it, which I'll use to guide the session. My hope is this will give us all a beautiful launching point for our individual journeys for the month!
