Are you interested in building a meditation practice, or maybe have one but want support to go deeper? Work with me one-on-one to build, grow, and evolve your practice. I will introduce you to foundational Mindfulness practices, send you custom guided meditations for you to practice daily, and support you through any obstacles or awarenesses that come up. All sessions are virtual.
While I work with each client to customize our work together based on their needs, some popular topics we can cover include:
Introduction to Mindfulness where you will learn the foundational Mindfulness practices to establish a formal meditation practice and learn to bring Mindfulness into your daily life.
Self Compassion + Positive Emotions where we will work to intentionally build joy, self-compassion, and resiliency through formal meditation practice and exercises in daily life.
Overcoming Stress & Anxiety where you learn to use Mindfulness to work with your stress and anxiety in order to find more balance, ease, and joy in daily life.
Each package includes:
6, hour-long sessions (every other week) over 3 months
6, custom guided meditations
Development of monthly goals with a daily tracker
Unlimited access to email support from me
Phone support as needed
Optional add on: Reiki/energetic healing during sessions

Practice: Group Meditation
Join me for my drop-in meditation class to build, grow, and evolve your practice in a supportive community. In this virtual group class, I will introduce you to foundational Mindfulness practices, guide you in a meditation, and answer any questions or guide you through any obstacles that come up along the way
Research shows that every time you practice meditation you are rewiring and strengthening new neural pathways in your brain--like muscles. So let’s work out those muscles, shall we?
